I am on a rule breaking frenzy. Okay, not really. But I am wearing a white skirt in winter. And I am doing a rule breaking day on Tuesday, not Monday.
The skirt is White House Black Market via Ebay. The turtleneck sweater is 100% merino wool, and was found at either Goodwill or the Salvation Army, I don't recall which. The belt is via Goodwill.
Your outfit looks great! The skirt is a wonderful accent for the darker sweater and tights. And we bilaterally pooh-pooh fashion rules about white in winter. ^_-
