new or old?

Not sure if I should call this dress new or old.  I have had it for multiple years, but I am not sure I have ever worn it.  But I have thought of a ton of different ways to wear it, no not sure why I never do.  It is comfy too!

The dress is from the Talbot's Outlet.  I got the shoes on clearance at Marshalls.  The cardigan is Ann Taylor silk via Goodwill, and the belt is a random Goodwill find.

I don't normally wear shorts to work.  But it is hot, and a friday in summer.....who would give a care?

A little behind, as this is yesterdays outfit.  Still hot here, like pretty much most of the country....so easy dresses and sandals are the work uniform.

Like the rest of the country it is hot here, so I went with a simple and cool dress yesterday.

We had a break in temps this past Friday, and I took full advantage and pulled out a favorite wool cardigan.

Puppy steals show.....

My little doggie wanted to be in the pictures today.  And who am I to deny her?  The skirt is from a consignment store.  The cardigan is from a swap.  The tank is from Target.  The flipflops are old.

Yellow

Today is Everybody Everywhere Yellow.

I have always loved the yellow flowers of this dress.  I love it so much that when I lost 50 pounds it was one of the few clothing items I kept and had my mom alter for me.  I just couldn't part with it.

I know that tomorrow is everybody everyday wears yellow.  But I was feeling the yellow today.  Hopefully tomorrow I still feel it.
