To belt or not to belt?

I am back after almost a month of travel.   I just didn't both to take outfit photos while traveling.  I am only back for a few days.  This month I will have spent a whopping 4 nights in my own bed.  Makes me question what I spent on rent this month!  While I am only back for a few days, I did manage to hit Goodwill on the way home last night, and scored this cute dress for $5.  I wore it to work today and I had a date over lunch, so it was double duty.  I wasn't sure if I wanted a belt with it or not, but I ended up wearing the belt in the picture (taken off of another dress of mine.
